Step 1 — You Call or Book Online

How to Prepare

What to Do the Night Before Your Pickup

You do not need to do much — but these 5 steps make the job faster and cheaper for you.

If possible, make sure we can walk from the item to the exit without stepping over obstacles. You do not need to move the items themselves — just make sure the path is navigable.

3. Disconnect Appliances

If we are removing a washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher — have the water disconnected beforehand. For gas appliances, have a plumber disconnect the gas line first. We handle the removal from there.

4. Leave Us Room to Park

Our truck needs a spot as close to your door as possible. If street parking is tight near your Decatur home, leave a space or let your neighbors know we will be there briefly.
